Patty Manown Mash with the MD State Park System sent a message today reminding that Herrington Manor State Park and New Germany State Park offer groomed cross-country ski trails along with ski and snow shoe rentals.
Also, the Deep Creek Lake Discovery Center rents snow shoes and sometimes offer snow shoe hikes. There are NO groomed or marked trails at Deep Creek Lake State Park, but trying snow shoeing is fun and a great workout.
The Discovery Center is Friday through Sunday; 10 am – 4 pm.

Oh, I really want to have a try for skiing, but no time, no money, so sad.
I should earn money more and more, keep forward.
