Strong turnout continues for the Chamber’s Business After Hours events with 95 guests attending the monthly networking event on May 28 at Will O’the Wisp.
Guests enjoyed refreshments from Will O’the Wisp as they perused exhibits from Balanced Body Studios, New Cloud Technologies, Universal Benefit Planning, Inc., Soothing Touch Massage, Hot Shotz Thermal Imaging Services, and GIEC. The door prize winner was Rob Michael who won a gift basket from Deep Creek Gourmet.
“We were pleased to highlight McHenry at our May Business After Hours event,” said Charlie Ross, President/CEO of the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce. “The Board and the Staff of the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce would like to thank not only the Will O’the Wisp and all of our very generous exhibiting businesses, but also everyone who came out to support the event. The next Business After Hours will be held at Friendsville Town Park on June 24. If there is inclement weather, the alternate location will be the Friendsville Fire Hall. The remainder of the 2009 schedule is Oakland in July, Grantsville in August, McHenry in September, Loch Lynn Heights in October and Kitzmiller in November. Dates and exact locations will be determined.
