The Friends of New Germany and Savage River Watershed Association will host the second annual Cabin Fever Fundraiser from 5 to 8 pm on Saturday March 28th. The entrance fee covers an evening of homemade soup and bread, live music by Sugar Foot Stompers and door prizes. There will also be a bake sale and silent auction where individuals can bid on a variety of fine items. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children age 6 to 12. The public is welcome to attend this event which will be held at the Lakehouse and Rec Hall at New Germany State Park. In case of severe weather the event will be held on Sunday March 29th from noon to 3 pm.
Interested persons may assist these local organizations by donating items for door prizes and the silent auction, such as antiques, artwork, hand-crafted items or “re-gifted” Christmas presents. Individuals may also help by providing a referral to a favorite business that might be willing to make a financial contribution or donate a gift of their products or services (meals, lodging, ski lessons, rentals, haircut, massage, oil change, etc.). Volunteers will contact the business on your behalf and their generosity will be publicly acknowledged.

He runs his computer business in Oakland, where he lives with his wife Pam. Stephan Moylan, on banjo, is a public defender in Oakland. He plays guitar and learned the banjo just for the band. Stephan and his wife Kim live near Oakland. Matt Eary, a computer programmer, plays bass. In other milieus he sings, plays piano and French horn, and does some acting in local theater.
