The Dove Center along with the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce, community leaders and volunteers presents the First Annual Festival of Trees November 26-30 at the Oakland Community Center. The festival offers exhibits of decorated Christmas trees, wreaths, centerpieces, gingerbread houses, crafting workshops and more. All proceeds benefit the Dove Center.
