On Saturday March 22nd, The Western Garrett State Park Volunteers, Inc. will sponsor a spring natural egg dyeing event, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm, at the Deep Creek Lake Discovery Center. Visitors are invited anytime between those hours to participate in the event. Children will enjoy an egg dyeing session using all natural dyes.
Bring no more than six hard boiled eggs. Wipe the eggs off with a mild vinegar solution so the eggs will take the dye. The Easter Bunny will also be on hand to hand out treats.
