The 2007 Whitewater Slalom National Championship goes off at the Adventure Sports Center International (ASCI) on Saturday at 1:00. Practice runs have been taking place all week. My ace photographer and I headed out this morning to catch them in action. Check out the conveyor belt that takes the paddlers back to the top of the course. For those of you not familiar with ASCI, it's important to note that this is a man-made course. If you're in the area, make a trip to the top of the mountain to see this amazing place.
