I just love the power of the internet. Check out Homethinking - a website where you can rate your real estate agent. This is a fairly new website, and most of the realtors don't have any ratings yet. None of the agents that came up when I searched McHenry, MD have been reviewed yet. As this web site gets more exposure, like it did recently in the Wall Street Journal's Real Estate Journal, it will become a useful tool.

It will also give those of us who've lived through real estate horror stories a place to expose those realtors who shouldn't be licensed. This idea has been long overdue.

You did what other agents couldn't do. My home was listed for over 300 days, then you stepped in and sold my house quick--42 days. Thanks again for your aggressive approach!!

Thank you for all the help your team gave me while I was selling my home. I was previously listed w/ another company and they were unable to sell my condo. Once I listed with you my condo was sold in 8 days. I was amazed that even in a slow market you cam through. Your agressive strategy clearly works.
