The Republican has news on Circuit Judge James L. Sherbin's ruling on the Deep Creek Watershed Board of Zoning Appeals approval of a clubhouse at Thousand Acres Development. The judge stopped construction on the controversial clubhouse, explaining that the noise from the restaurant would have an adverse affect on the neighborhood.
